By accessing or using TravHero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
TravHero is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects travelers with senders who need packages delivered along a traveler's existing route. We act as a platform intermediary and are not a shipping or courier company.
You are solely responsible for the items you send or carry. Travelers must comply with all applicable customs, import/export, and airline regulations. Senders must accurately declare package contents and value. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Users must not send or carry illegal items, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, or any items that violate applicable law or airline regulations. TravHero reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed by both parties. Platform fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and paid.
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Disputes are handled through our in-app dispute resolution system. TravHero's decision in dispute resolution is final.
We may require identity verification (KYC) for certain platform features. Providing false documentation is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
TravHero is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of packages, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravHero, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario.
